Welcome to Mack Basketball. By registering for our programs, participating in our events, or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Registration & Payments
All participants must complete the official registration form and provide accurate information.
Payment is required in full before participation in any program.
Registration fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.
2. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refunds are only issued if a program is canceled by Mack Basketball.
If a participant withdraws after registration, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis, minus processing fees.
No refunds will be issued for missed sessions or voluntary withdrawal.
3. Code of Conduct
Players, parents, and spectators must conduct themselves with respect toward coaches, referees, and other participants.
Unsportsmanlike behavior, including verbal abuse or physical aggression, will not be tolerated and may result in suspension or removal from the program without a refund.
4. Liability & Waiver
By participating in Mack Basketball activities, players and their guardians acknowledge the inherent risks of sports and agree not to hold Mack Basketball, its coaches, or affiliates liable for any injuries, damages, or losses.
Participants must have personal health insurance coverage.
5. Use of Personal Information
By registering, you consent to the collection and use of personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Photos and videos taken during events may be used for promotional purposes unless the participant explicitly opts out in writing.
6. Weather & Cancellations
Mack Basketball reserves the right to cancel or reschedule programs due to weather, facility availability, or unforeseen circumstances.
No refunds will be issued for weather-related cancellations, but makeup sessions may be scheduled when possible.
7. Website Use & Intellectual Property
The content on our website, including logos, images, and program descriptions, is the property of Mack Basketball and may not be copied or distributed without permission.
Unauthorized use of our materials may result in legal action.
8. Changes to Terms
Mack Basketball reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued participation in our programs constitutes acceptance of any changes.
